Sri Maddi Anjaneya Swamy Temple is situated in Guruvaigudem district of West Godavari, in the Andhra Pradesh state of India. It is famous for Lord Hanuman temple. This is a sacred Punyakshetra where you find the fruit of Lord Hanuman in one side and Gadha in the other. He sits on a Maddi tree, his devotee's wish.

Maddi Anjaneya Swamy Temple is 3 KM away from the town of Jangareddygudem. The village name is Guruvai Gudem. On Tuesday, many devotees visit this temple and give prayer to Lord Anjaneya Swamy. Like every other South India temple there is a good queue system for having Lord Hanuman's Darshan.

Here's a special Rs 20 line to go for a short darshan bypassing the crowded free Darshan queue. There is a tradition of walking 11 times around the main temple sanctum (known as Pradakshina) before heading for darshan and your wishes will be fulfilled within a year.

Depending on your walking pace, each round will take from one minute 30 seconds to one minute forty-five seconds. Photography or video is not paid inside the temple complex. Within the Maddi Anjaneya Swamy Temple there is no limit to photography. Professional photographers are available to take background photos of your temple.
